Englands Experimental Team

This weekend we will see the English take on the French at Twickenham in a Rugby World Cup warm up game.The English rugby team will have 11 changes to the team that thrashed the Welsh last weekend. Shaun Perry, Andrew Sheridan, Mark Regan and Simon Shaw are the only players are in the starting line up again. Mike Catt who plays his club rugby for London Irish will be England’s captain this weekend. Jonny Wilkinson, Phil Vickery, Martin Corry and Joe Worsley will be on the bench for this weekends game against France.

We could also be lucky enough to see the return of a French Rugby legend this weekend, Frédéric Michalak. The 24 year old fly half has made his way back from injury. Michalak will be joining the Natal Sharks after the world cup with year.

    England are taking quite a risk with this team, I do believe they’ll be giving France the upperhand, but the fact that the game’s in England might give them the edge. Any news on Moody?
