France Victorious Over The English

England let the home victory slip away from them when Sebastien Chabal who plays for Sale Sharks went over the line with just 9 mins left to play.

England looked in good shape with Olly Barkley slotting over 4 penalties and team mate Andy Gomarsal put over a drop goal for England. The home win over the world’s 3rd best team seemed like it was on the cards. However England tripped at the last hurdle. A weak patch in defense was capitalized on by Chabal.

The French managed to cross the English try line twice in this game, the first saw French lock Pelous go over in the corner. Two penalties and the conversion of Chabal’s try saw the French take away a great moral booster for their world cup campaign. Both teams showed moments of great play. Good game to watch and certainly wet the apatite for the World Cup.

If at all possible could you do a reciprocal link? That would be really appreciated.

    Keep up the good work!
