Wallabies Without Larkam

The Wallabies Flyhalf of choice Steven Larkam has been ruled out by their team doctor. It has been reported that the injury is not a major issue however Larkam will not play in Saturdays match against Wales.

I strained a hamstring tendon slightly at training on Wednesday afternoon and right now it feels pretty good. I was pushing to play, but at this early stage of the campaign it wasn’t necessary to push it and take a risk with it” said Larkam

Larkam will be pushing to play in the next international match in Brisbane.

The late withdrawal of Larkam has created a opportunity for 23 year old Sam Norton Knight to make his debut this Saturday against the Welsh.
