Wallabies Without Larkam
Published May 25th, 2007 in .The Wallabies Flyhalf of choice Steven Larkam has been ruled out by their team doctor. It has been reported that the injury is not a major issue however Larkam will not play in Saturdays match against Wales.
I strained a hamstring tendon slightly at training on Wednesday afternoon and right now it feels pretty good. I was pushing to play, but at this early stage of the campaign it wasn’t necessary to push it and take a risk with it” said Larkam
Larkam will be pushing to play in the next international match in Brisbane.
The late withdrawal of Larkam has created a opportunity for 23 year old Sam Norton Knight to make his debut this Saturday against the Welsh.
