• RWC 1995: South Africa taking part for the first time in the rugby world cup both hosted and won the tournament.

• RWC 1999: Wales hosted the 99 RWC where Australia became the first nation to win the William Web Ellis trophy twice.

• RWC 2003: Hosting the tournament a second time around Australia made it to the final however England came out on top.
